Want to Feature Your Event on Seawolf Living?

Hosting an event at Sonoma State University? We’d love to help you spread the word! Submit your event details, and we’ll add it to the Seawolf Living website. To ensure maximum visibility, we recommend submitting your event at least two weeks in advance.

Event Requirements

All events must be sponsored by an official Sonoma State University department, program, or recognized student organization.

Photo Guidelines

Have a specific image you'd like featured with your event? Upload it directly to the form. Please ensure the image is:

  • High quality (minimum 2MB in size)
  • A photo — not a poster, flyer, or graphic

If you don’t have an image available, we recommend browsing free, high-quality stock photo sites like Pexels, Pixabay, or Unsplashed.
